Your privacy on the Internet is extremely important to DARC Web Services. We collect certain type of information about our users which we feel that you should be aware of, and the terms and conditions surrounding the use of such information. DARC Web Services wants to express its responsibility to your privacy, which is why we are publishing our information gathering practices, it responsibility, how we gather it, and how we use it. Other information may be required depending on the details of the reason we are asking for it; such as contest or giveaways. Additional information may also be required for weekly newsletters, contests and sweepstakes, and/or merchandise, product or subscription purposes. Sponsors and advertisers are subject to their own privacy policies.

Use of such information will be to provide user with a service, product, or subscription; to provide users with correspondence, (including but not withstanding; electronic, verbal, or hardcopy); additional information may also be used to provide user with or for weekly newsletters, contests and sweepstakes, and/or merchandise, product or subscription purposes; for tracking information such as hits, services, or statistical information. Finally for legal purposes as provided by the law.

Finally, DARC Web Services must cooperate with local, state and federal authorities requiring information on individuals of our services provided such information is required by court order, subpoena or other legal request, or upon the advice of counsel.
